Delivery Time
We anticipate that all orders will be delivered within 5-7 days. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
We will send you an email confirmation within minutes from receiving your order and then another email once your order is shipped out. We use untracked mail through NZ Post (to keep our products' cost low).

We currently offer free shipping on all orders within NZ.
Damages
SimplyGreat is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please provide photos and save all packaging material and damaged goods when filing a claim.
