Damages and issues

Our SimplyGreat toothbrushes undergo strict quality checks. However, due to the nature of bamboo brushes, occasional splinters and loose bristles may occur. Before use, thoroughly inspect your order for any issues and contact us immediately if the brush is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong brush. We will evaluate the issue and provide a complimentary replacement to make it right.
